Molla s.r.l. has implemented a Code for its activities in the belief that it is a key factor for the development of quality and competitiveness of the company as it tends to promote growth in a balanced system.
The principles are based on UN Global Compact and international conventions. It defines a set of ethical and social norms to which company personnel must adhere and it determines principles and values which must be observed by anyone has dealings with Molla s.r.l., which promotes rules of conduct conforming to the principles of legality, loyalty, propriety, and professional reliability to the employees of the Company at all levels. Ethics principles must involve collective and individual behaviour in full respect of the law and moral values.
